Antonia’s apartments are a wonderful place to choose if you’re aiming at discovering Mani. 

Not only the apartments are clean, equipped with all you need and well located a few steps away from the sea and the various tavernas, but the family who runs it is warmly welcoming. 

I’ve stayed with them many times, either in summer or winter and it’s always been a delight. It’s home to me. Greek hospitality at its best. Elias will always be willing to help with suggestions about the cultural richness of the region. As a former tourist guide, he’s uniquely and highly resourceful.

I discovered the "Antonia's Apartments and Tower House" accommodation by chance in February 2014. I was won over by the hospitality and availability of the owners: I became friends with Elias and his family, especially his sweet mother Antonia, who unfortunately gave us the pain of leaving us forever last year, shortly before our arrival. We have been coming here every Summer since 2014, with occasional extra visits in Spring and Autumn. I like the quietness, the proximity to the crystal clear sea and the wild mountains, the restaurants and shops where, after 10 years, everyone knows us and we feel like we were at home. The private parking next to the house is also very convenient. The apartments are comfortable and practical, with beautiful, large terraces caressed by the breeze from Mount Taygetos; moreover, those in the tower house are equipped with modern kitchens and appliances. For our family this accommodation is a good approximation of paradise.

We don’t want to tell you about…the lovely Polimeneas Family who always welcome us as old friends and settle us into our apartment

We don’t want to tell you about…Elias and his helpfulness, his depth of local knowledge and storytelling

We don’t want to tell you about…their organic garden and the delicious fresh produce that we might avail of in season

We don’t want to tell you about…the beach and Yalos restaurant only a stone’s throw away

We don’t want to tell you about…the stunning sunsets enjoyed from the balcony with a delicious glass of local wine

We don’t want to tell you about…the pretty village that offers a great variety of eateries and cafe bars

We don’t want to tell you about…evening strolls, live music and a few beers whilst watching the world go by (well, a tiny bit of it!)

We don’t want to tell you about…the quietude and lack of glitter balls, boom-boom bars and high rise hotels 

But we think we’ve already let the cat out of the bag!

We first went to Antonia's apartments in 2012 and have been back every year since.

We were made to feel part of the family from day one and Elias, the owner, is a font of all knowledge and can't do enough to help you.

The accommodation is spacious, very clean and well kept.

The beach is just around the corner and the village of Kardimyli is a delight.
