The “Villa Byzantino 60” is  approximately 60m2  on two floors with interior steps and offers a possibility to accommodate 2-4 guests.
Ground floor: The air-conditioned Double room with private WC/Shower, double bed and refrigerator provides also a small living room with inside barbecue. The Double room features elegant interiors, offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, and comforts with bathrobes and slippers.
Second floor: The air-conditioned Double Room Superior with private WC/Shower, double bed and refrigerator  provides also  a  verandah with barbecue. The Double Room Superior features elegant interiors, offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, and comforts  with bathrobes and slippers.

The “Villa with Jacuzzi ” approximately 90 m2  on two floors with inside and outside steps  offers a possibility  to accommodate 2-6 guests. It has an  interior courtyard with a barbecue and a small communal portable Hot tub with sun beds.  The “Villa with Jacuzzi” features elegant interiors, offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, and provides bathrobes and slippers.
Ground floor: The ground floor with private WC/Shower consists of  a Living-Dining room and one small living room with a sofa bed. The modern kitchenette leads to the interior courtyard with a small communal Hot tub with sun beds.
Second floor: The Junior Suite with private WC/Shower consists of one bedroom with double bed room with refrigerator and a small bedroom with one single bed. The Junior suite provides a verandah with views  to the village of Lefkes and the magnificent church of Aghia Triada, whose bell towers are made of translucent Parian marble.

Meet Mr Dimitris Stavrakis

Mr Dimitris Stavrakis is the owner and manager of the Aegean Village Hotel and two more hotels in Paros island, Villa Byzantino Hotel in Lefkes Village Paros and Villas Georgy Hotel in Parikia paros.

Apart from his main occupation as  professor of Economics in Greece and in the Sorbonne University, Paris, Mr Dimitris’s entrepreneurial  restlessness and the urge to express the Greek traditional philoxenia led him to the creation of the Aegean Village Hotel which already counts almost 30 years in offering genuine Parian experience to its visitors.
